How long do I have to commit for coaching?
That depends on the issues the client wants to be coached around. Typically a coaching engagement lasts between 6 and 12 sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Usually 60 minutes but less if the client wishes
Do I have to prepare for a session?
Yes – there might be field work to do. To make a coaching session successful the client should plan time and commitment.
Where and how can we meet?
This varies depending what works for the client: with today’s tools skype, phone or in person is possible.
